Crackers are very harmful for health. These are not only cause air pollution but also cause noise pollution. Crackers are injurious to senior citizens and children’s health. It is not only are injurious to humans but also for other beings such as, animals and birds. Animals whose ears are more sensitive such as Dogs and Cats get afraid and often lose their hearing ability. These problems are also faced by us and these crackers often lead to temporary or permanent deafness. Here we advised to you all to encourage a crackers free diwali. This atmosphere cause harmful effect to one’s overall health. People suffering from lung and respiratory illness like asthma are at an increased risk of health complications especially during this time.

Noise Pollution: Noise pollutionNoise pollution is as dangerous as the Air pollution. Noise pollution is also one of the harmful effects of crackers on health. It not only affects the Human Beings but also the animals around us such as cats and dogs as they have Ears that are more sensitive than the Humans.

Global Warming: Global warmingThe Oxides and dioxides of sulphur and nitrogen are released during the burning of crackers. These are very much harmful to human health and also to the environment around us. Hence Crackers cause Global warming and Global warming has harmful effects on our health.

Garbage: GarbageAfter Diwali the main problem that comes to our sight is the garbage lying on the roads. This garbage is chemical garbage that is little effective on people’s health that lives near to the garbage.

Hence fire crackers not only injure us, even also kill us. Hence Fire is one of the most effects of crackers on health and our lives too.

If crackers are not fired properly they might cause wounds on the parts of body which is exposed to them. In many cases, Children have lost their lives or have lost their eyesight by not litting the crackers properly. Hence, it is one of the most harmful effects of crackers.

Therefore it’s a humble request to everyone to avoid crackers on Diwali or any other special occasion as its just equivalent to burning money. One can also celebrate it by having a get together with relatives and friends and sharing light and warm moments with them. Avoiding crackers will also protect your loved ones and will bring the family together during such occasions.

You can make the symbols of Swastikaa, lighted Deepak, Kalash, Peacock, flower patterns, small footprints coming into the hom and Kalash and many more according to your creativity and ingredients. As we all see garbage and waste materials thrown on streets, public places, almost everywhere. want to know simple steps to keep our city clean, then, few simple steps are discussed here. If each one of us can keep our home, building, colony and city clean, then, the country will ally be clean.

Simple, but important steps should be taken by us to keep our city clean:-

  • While traveling doesn’t throw any wrapper, paper or any dry waste on road. Keep it in your bag or pocket (as it is a dry waste you can keep them in your bag/pocket).
  • Keep paper bags with yourself to store wet waste and throw them in dustbin only.
  • Avoid spitting on roads (as it can be the reason of viral disease).
  • Avoid chewing Pan-Masala, Gutka and Tobacco.
  • Avoid use of plastic bags.
  • Follow government’s rules and regulations.
  • If someone is breaking the rule then make them aware of it.
  • Stop your friends if they are making such mistakes.
  • Spread awareness to keep our city clean.

Most of us are in love with foreign countries just because of their cleanliness. I am sure that just following these simple steps can make a big difference in our lovely country and I assure you that you will never feel like going any other country. And every foreigner will fall in love with our country and on that day we will feel very proud.

Necessary steps should be taken by Government:-

  • Dustbins should be kept at all public places like Bus stations, Railway stations, Gardens, Theatres etc.
  • Dustbins should be kept at proper distance on roads.
  • Proper waste containers should be kept in every area.
  • Rules should be made and action should be taken if someone breaks the rule.
  • Daily cleaning of public places is necessary.
  • They should make public aware of importance of cleanliness and should tell them the after effects of not keeping it clean (like diseases).
  • Proper public toilets are to be made and they should be maintained regularly.

Keep in touch: Even if you guys aren’t nearby each other, making an effort to keep in touch through Facebook, emails, texts and calls will show your friend you are there for them.

Tell them how you feel: You don’t have to make a big deal of it all the time but sometimes there are moments where letting someone know that they’re important to you through something you say, can make a big difference to how someone is feeling.

Get the facts: If your friend has a medical condition, or a mental health issue, a good way to offer support is to learn about what they’ve been diagnosed with. Taking an interest in what they’re going through shows that you care, and that you’re planning to stick around no matter what’s going on.

Be willing to make a tough call: If you think the safety of your friend is at risk, you might need to act without their consent and get help (see the sidebar for where you can seek help). It can be a hard choice particularly when you’re worried about their reaction, but remember that you are acting because you care and you don’t want them to be hurt.
