Knee pain is a common problem. Today, many people face the knee pain. It is mostly experienced by older people but today it’s also common young person and children. So, i have some remedies that will bring you relief. These remedies require very little effort and yield great results.
- Ice reduces the pain and swelling. Apply ice or ice packs on your knee immediately when pain occurs to minimize swelling. Apply the ice or cold pack for 10 to 20 minutes, repeat this process 3 or more time in a day to reduce the pain.
- This is simple remedy for knee pain. Heat two tablespoons of oil, along with whole clove of garlic. When the oil is lukewarm. Start massaging your knees with it. It brings immediate relief.
- Ginger and turmeric are two of the best herbs to relieve knee pain. Boil 2 cups of water, 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric. Add honey in it. Drink this up to 2-3 times in a day to reduce the pain.
- Fenugreek seeds can also be used to relieve knee pain. Fenugreek seeds are warm in nature and beneficial for knee pain. Prepare a mixture with the use of fenugreek seeds and mustard oil. Massaging the knee with this mixture. This mixture can help in reducing the knee pain.
- Carom seeds are also good for knee pain. Boil the carom seeds in 1 cup of water. Drink this water on regular basis to treat the problem of knee pain. You can also massage the affected knee with carom seed oil 3 to 4 times in a day to obtain relief from knee pain.
