It also helps to reduce the stress, anxiety, depression and improve your mood. Regular physical exercises has amazing health benefits. Here are just a few:

Push ups:Push-upspush-ups give your arms, legs, shoulders and chest a good workout. This exercise start by lying face down on the floor. Keep your feet together. Your weight should be on your chest. Your hands palms-down on the floor. Raise yourself using your arms. Now, your weight should be supported by your hands. This is the beginning and the end position of a single push-up. This exercise you can do anywhere, as long as you have a 6-foot by 3-foot space. You can do military style push-ups, if you have a limited space.

Superman:Superman exerciseTo start this exercise, lie straight and face down on the floor. Your arms should be fully extended in front of you. Simultaneously raise your arms, legs and chest off of the floor and hold this for 2 seconds. This holding position, look like superman when he is flying. Slowly begin to lower your arms, legs and chest back down to the starting position while inhaling.

Downward-Facing Dog:Downward-facing DogThis exercise is good for body and strengthens wrists, arms and shoulders. This pose also sends blood to your brain, which can help make you more alert. For this exercise, move forward into a plank position and pull your right knee toward your chest, engaging your core as you bring your knee in. Press back to downward-facing dog as you place your right foot back on the ground. Repeat with the left side.

Side Plank:Side plankStart this exercise, Lie on your left side with your knees straight. Prop your upper body up on your left elbow and forearm. Raise your hips until your body forms a straight line from your ankles to your shoulders. Hold this position for 30 seconds. Turn around so that you’re lying on your right side and repeat.
