Neck pain is the common medical condition. It can occur anywhere in your neck, from the bottom of your head to the top of your shoulders. It can spread to your upper back or arms. If you want to relieve from neck pain then follow these remedies:-

Ice Pack: ice pack

Ice is one of the simplest remedy for neck pain. It will help to reduce the numbs pain and decreases inflammation. Put some ice cubes in a plastic bag. Wrap the plastic bag in a thin towel. Never apply ice cubes directly on your skin. Now, place the ice pack on your neck for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. Follow this remedy every two to three hours for the first 24 hours.

Apple Cider Vinegar: Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is very effective home remedy for neck pain. It is a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory that can relieve quickly. Add two cups of apple cider vinegar to lukewarm bath water. Soak in it for at least 15 minutes. Do this once daily until the pain is gone.

Exercise: Neck exercise

Exercise helps a lot. Gently move your neck in a circular motion. You can also move your neck in back and forth position. Side to side movement is also good. You can also try moving your neck in a pattern of digit-8. But, make sure it doesn’t pain.  If it pains, don’t do these exercises.

Ginger: Ginger

Ginger is another effective home remedy. It is a natural anti-inflammatory agent that improves circulation and blood flow to the affected area. Cut a small piece of ginger root into small slices. Boil the ginger slices in two cups of water for 10 minutes. Strain, add honey and drink this ginger tea. Drink three cups of ginger tea daily for a few days.

Turmeric: Turmeric and honey

Turmeric is good remedy to treat neck pain. Mix one teaspoon of turmeric powder in a glass of milk. Boil this milk for five minute. Now allow it to cool down (lukewarm). You can also add little honey in it for taste. Drink this twice a day until your pain is gone completely.
