Internet has now become an essential part of our life. Most of us use internet to get connected to friends through social media. The largest social networking site, Faceboook or WhatsApp has almost 750 million active users worldwide and out of which almost 40% are Facebook or WhatsApp addicted. If you are Facebook  or WhatsApp addicted, how you will cure this.There are some easy steps by following them you can defeat Facebook or WhatsApp addiction. Below are the tips to get rid of Facebook or WhatsApp Addiction :

Identify your Problem

First of all, be honest and count how many hours you spend using Facebook or WhatsApp. Write down and also write all the damaging effects of Facebook or WhatsApp. Carry that list around and read it every time before you log in.

Limit the no. Of Logins

It is important that you should limit yourself from using the facebook or WhatsApp. Try and control the checking your facebook or WhatsApp account every minute while you are working, studying or hanging around with friends.

Make a Schedule

Excess use of anything is bad whether its Facebook, WhatsApp or anything. Facebook is good, if you are using it in right way and for limited amount of time. Try to check Facebook or WhatsApp 3 times in a day Morning, Afternoon and Night but not use more than 10 to 20 minutes.

Deactivate Facebook Account

If none of the above is helping, then sign into Facebook and temporarily suspend or deactivate your facebook account. You can go to your facebook account setting page and click the last option delete facebook account, to suspend your account until you are ready to rejoin. As same you can also delete or uninstall your Whatsapp account.
