Morning Exercise

Regular exercise can help boost energy, maintain your independence, and manage symptoms of illness or pain. Exercise is not only good for your body, it is also good for your mind, mood and memory. Below are simple exercises that will help you feel great the whole day long.

Go For Walk Or Run:Walk

Early morning walk is the best exercise for healthy life. The best time for a morning walk is 5:00 AM to 7:00 Am. Just walk half an hour a day and can feel the difference yourself. It gives us a sense of a happiness and cools the mind, body and soul. It has many benefits such as strengthen bones, reduce blood pressure and even strengthen your immune system.

Jump Jacks:Jump jack

Jump jacks is a very important exercise to improve cardiovascular endurance. Stand straight with your feet together and your arms down by your side. In one motion jump your feet out to the side and raise your arms above your head. Returning to the original position complete this exercise. Repeat this any pause for the desired amount of time.

Cat-Camel Stretch:Cat-Camel Stretch

This exercise is perfect as a warm up. Get onto your hands and knees. Start by rounding your back just like a camel so that your head will try to meet your pelvis. This is the camel position. Then lower and lift your head so that your lower back is arched. This is the cat position. Do these movements slowly and smoothly and repeat this 4 to 5 times.

Balancing Table Pose:Balancing Table Pose

Balancing table pose is a yoga exercise. It improves balance, memory, focus and concentration. Start on your hands and knees, with your hands directly under your shoulders and your knees directly under your hips. Inhale and raise your right leg up parallel to the floor as you raise the left arm also parallel to the floor. Hold for 5 breaths, breathing slowly and deeply. Then to come out of the pose, exhale as you bring the left arm on the mat and lower the right leg back down. Repeat on the other side.

Push Ups:Push Ups

No exercise routine will be complete without push ups. Start by lying face down on the floor but with arms extended. Upon you inhale, slowly lower yourself down while keeping your back straight. You should raise yourself up as you exhale.
