Boil 4 cups of water. Add ginger to the hot water and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and honey in this ginger water. Mix well and have a cup of this ginger tea. Have this tea 2 times in a day. So, have ginger tea daily to aid your efforts of losing belly fat.
