So make sure you drink plenty of water. Try to drink at least eight to 10 glasses of water daily. You can also drink fruit and vegetable juices to provide your body with the vitamins and minerals.

Soda Water: Soda waterDissolve 1 teaspoon of baking soda in one cup of cool water. Drink this as soon as you wake up in the morning. Soda helps neutralize excess acidity of urine. This means no more burning sensation after drinking soda water. So drink soda water once or twice a day.

Cucumber: CucumberCucumber are also good for UTI problem. It has high water content and has a cooling effect on your body. This has a diuretic effect, increasing urine output and flushing harmful microbes out of your system. 

Indian Gooseberry: AmlaIndian Gooseberry is rich in vitamin C which in turn inhibits the growth of bacteria. Take a cup of water. Add one teaspoon of Indian gooseberry powder and one teaspoon of turmeric powder. Boil this solution until half the water evaporates and drink this lukewarm water three times a day for three to five days.
