Egg and Yogurt: Use it for- hairs: Egg mixed with full-fat yogurt is great hair mask that works wonders for the hair. The egg and yogurt are rich in protein that will strengthen your hair stands from the root and add extra shine. Mix 2 raw eggs in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of yogurt in it. Mix well and make a smooth paste. Apply this on your hairs and leave on for at least 20 minutes and then wash off with cool water.
Lemon: Use it for- Age Spots: Lemon juice acts as bleach and is a regular component of many bleaching creams. It helps to reducing the age spots. Simply dab fresh lemon juice directly onto the spots. Leave the juice on the skin for at least 30 minutes or you can also leave the juice on the skin overnight. Repeat this remedy twice a day for bright and age-spot skin.
Tomato: Use it for- Pimples: Tomatoes are acidic in nature and applying their pulp to the pimple cause the skin to dry and the pores of the skin in the region get tightened. This means there is a lesser chance of sebum leaking from the pores to cause pimples. Tomato is also rich in antioxidants and applying the pulp to the face reduce inflammation and damage of the skin. Repeat this remedy twice a day.
Baking Soda: Use it for- Constipation: Baking soda is the home remedy for treating constipation and it also give relief from stomach ache. Mix one teaspoon of baking soda in 1/4 cup of lukewarm water. Mix well and drink this mixture to get relief from constipation.
Cucumber: Use it for- Dark Circles: Cucumbers have cooling as well as astringent properties and they are widely used to treat dark circles. They can lighten the color of the skin, increase blood flow and reduce puffiness. Cut a fresh cucumber into thick slices and chill them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Now, place them on the affected area and leave it on for 10 minutes. Wash it off with normal water. Cucumber will help to remove the dark circles.
Ginger: Use it for- Cough: Ginger is one of the best home remedy for cough. Cut fresh ginger into small slices and crush them slightly. Put them in a cup of water and bring to a boil. Drink this solution three to four times in a day for relief from sore throat, non-stop coughing and even congestion. You can also add some lemon juice and honey in it.
Cloves: Use it for- toothache: Clove oil is the most effective home remedy for toothache. It is easiest and most effective ways to relieve the discomfort. Grind two whole cloves and mix in a little olive oil or any vegetable oil. Apply this remedy simply on your mouth or near the tooth that hurt. Repeat this process several times per day as needed to relieve pain.
Garlic: Use it for- Earache: Garlic is a strong analgesic and antibiotic properties that can help to reduce the earache. Extract the juice out of few garlic and pour 2-3 drops into the ear that hurts.
