Bell’s palsy is characterized by sudden weakness in the facial muscles. It is an unexpected temporary paralysis of one side of the face. Ginger Root: Ginger RootGinger is natural pain reliever, it contains large amount of anti-inflammatory properties. The patient needs to take 2 tablespoons of ginger juice, 2 tablespoon of flax-seed powder and 2 cups of water and should boil it. Let this mixture cool down and then consume this. On the other way the patient can paste the ginger and should cover the affected area for 45 minutes to get the soothing effects.

Cayenne: CayenneThe cayenne increases the blood flow in the human body. The patients should make tea from the tincture of cayenne and must drink it 3 times a day to increase the blood flow. On the other way they can even rub the cayenne to the affected areas of the face to get relief.

Garlic: GarlicGarlic relieves the swelling and pain and stimulates the facial nerves by enhancing the blood circulation. Crush three cloves of garlic and mix them with one teaspoon of olive oil. The patient should take this mixture twice a day, regularly until the condition improves and heals thoroughly.

Blueberries: BlueberriesThe patients can take a cup of frozen blueberries in a regular manner to get benefits as it can repair the myelin sheath of the facial nerves. It also contains antioxidant and immune boosting properties. 

Facial Massage: Facial massageThe patient needs to do regular exercise like smile, eyebrow movements, whistling etc. with their face muscles to avoid paralysis. On a regular basis the patient needs to do a deep massage to the face with ginger or olive oil to get relaxation.
