Mountain pose is also known as Tadasana. This is one of the easiest yoga postures that you can practice since the early days for increasing your height. Stand straight on a mat. Now take a deep breath and put your arms up, over your head and stretch it as much as you can. Try to keep your hands straight. Your palms should be facing each other. Join both your hand with your fingers. Next lift your heels. stand on your toes and balance yourself. See that you stretch your entire body. Stay in this posture for few seconds and then exhale. After this, return back to your original position.
This is also known as Trikonasana. This pose helps to increase height. In this yoga pose, you should make a triangle. This posture is divided in two parts, first is right facing triangle pose and second is left facing triangle pose. To do this, stand with legs apart and raise your hands in line with your body. Bend to your right and touch the toes while lifting your left hand up straight. Look up and hold this pose. Exhale and return to first position. Repeat with the other side.
Downward facing-dog is the best yoga pose and this pose is easy to perform as compare to other poses. This pose helps to increase the height. It is a holistic pose that stretches and strengthens many parts of the body. Simply make your body into an inverted “V” shape, and push your hands into the floor to stretch your legs and back. It helps you lengthen and strengthen muscles in the body.
It is also called as Tadasana. It is similar to mountain posture. In this yoga pose, you have to stand freestyle and it is an ideal posture to lengthen and straighten your spine to increase the height. Start off with standing straight and holding your hands together (namaste position). Lift the arms over the head and make the Namaste. Then lift one leg and raise it to the knee of the other leg and rest it there, holding the balance. Exhale and return to first position. Repeat with the left leg.
